No clear communication, random interview scheduling and no response for 5 months then a sudden "We've decided to move you to the next round of interview"...Like I've already gone with a different company wtf

First stage is a phone interview with the HR. The second stage is a teams interview with the hiring manager as well once you get through the first stage with the typical question and answer format for both before the next stage.
