I applied online. The hiring manager could not answer most of my questions in the first round. He said he worked there just 3 weeks and answered all my questions like "I would surprise if no" or "I suppose, yes". The guys typed each other on the second technical round while I was waiting for their questions. One of the interviewers could not read the entire question from his notes from the first attempt. It looked unprofessional. They struggled to understand me when I used different security domain terms. I had no idea how they would assess my technical skills with such poor clarification.
