I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott in Aug 2023
Interview
Interview agenda was well curated, however the role responsibilities in the interview did not agree with the posting. During the interview some of the roles listed in the posting were exacerbated into huge tasks that were outside the SOW of the posting and what's normally expected of the role in industry.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
First I interviewed with a recruiter on the phone for about 30 minutes. The questions were the usual ones. After about 3 weeks I received an email to a digital interview where I faced the camera and the questions were popping up one at a time with an average of 3 minutes to answer each question. It also went very well. Most questions were behavioral and if you are experienced enough, you should have no problem answering them. Then I had a face to face interview with 4 different managers that lasted 2 hours and 10 minutes at Abbott Lab location in Chicago. This one was quite hectic but all the managers were very nice and made me feel very comfortable.
