I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abbott (Princeton, NJ) in May 2013
Interview
Some interviews were 2 on 1, some 1 on 1. It was just 1 day of interviews, maybe a total of 4-5 hours. Interviewers who shared the same discipline as me asked technical questions, those who did not asked more behavioral type questions.
They were very interested in talking about the specific examples I had of previous work that I had done. Mostly we talked about this and then they gave me an overview of the company.
Recruiter and hiring manager call for initial screen and review. Basic questions of work history and career goals. Targeted questioning of test methods, validations, leading teams, design, and comfort level with pace of anywhere from accelerated to gaps of slow time
