Interview
The interview was very casual and friendly. The manager asked about 10 questions. The work enviroment is fun and the co-workers were nice to work with. Once hired, the manager trains you on various aspects of the store, all of which are pretty easy to learn. Overall good experience.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
