All interviews were conversational and everyone was easy to talk to. For the digital intern position there was also a case study type of assignment. They flew me out to the office, and I didn't end up getting the offer, but when I reached out for feedback, there was absolutely NO response (Dietz). If you are going to have such a lengthy recruitment process, the least you can do is provide feedback on the rejection.
