Interview
A 4 year degree is required to apply for the MIT program; with some exceptions made for those still in college, but have less than 16 credit hours to complete. Manager's in the stores are pushed to recruit attractive, young, extroverted people into the management program, and will jump on you if you fit the criteria. A brief application can be completed in store or online (password required), and a call from the District Manager can be expected within a few days to schedule an interview. The 1:1 interview with the DM takes less than a half hour, and casual A&F clothing should be worn to the interview. Unnatural hair styling, facial hair, nose/lip piercings, and visible tattoos are an automatic disqualifier. A desirable candidate will portray a confident, youthful, pleasant attitude. If selected for the position expect a call within 5 days of the interview. Desirable candidates are often offered the position the next day.

Interview
1. You need to apply for the position that you are interested on the official website.
2. You will receive an email that invites you to take part in an online video interview in English which contains of 4 simple questions. Don't worry about that.
3. After the video interview, you will receive the phone call by A & F. They will ask you some basic information in detail. Don't be shy or nervous, just answer their questions clearly and confidently. Show yourself to them.
4. After the phone call interview, you will receive another phone call that invites you to take part in a face-to-face interview with a store manager. You need to be fully prepared and answer their questions in English. Be confident and passionate and you will win.
5. After the store manager interview, you will attend another English interview with a district manger. Go for it and victory is just ahead.
Three rounds of interview. For the first two rounds, met with the store manager and asked some behavioral questions. For the final round, met the DM and dig deeper of your resume.
