I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Aug 2010
Interview
There were a total of four questions asked. It is a group interview and everyone is asked the same questions. They are very easy questions and let me make this disclaimer it does not matter what you say in the interview no matter how basic or complex you answer the questions the only thing you are judged upon is your looks.
They want a clean cut natural look, so in order to ace the interview: first wear preppy clothes if you don't own any of the brand (preferably a plaid/flannel with skinny/slim jeans and flip flops or vans or tank with cartigan for girls) second ladies no make up (only bare essentials or something where you cant tell its make up because yes if you get hired you are not allowed to wear any make up and they are very strict on this) also no crazy hair dos as natural as possible no mouse or tons of product, and guys cant have excessive amounts of hair gel also dont wear jewelry. I know it sounds strict but once hired they apply these rules and follow them very rigorously and since in the interview all they are doing as you answer the four questions is sizing up your looks and style it is best to show you can fit their "look"
I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview process was one on one with a manager. The interview was chill and easy, mostly because the person who interviewed me was very nice and friendly. Thus, I could talk more freely and show my personality. I got a call about a week later getting the job!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
There are group interviews for cast members with store management and one-on-one interviews for management positions with the district manager. The process is just using regular retail questions, i.e. about your customer service, how you would problem solve, and sometimes they ask about your hobbies.

Question 1
If one cut of jeans does not suit my style, what would you do for me as the customer?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was simple. If they like your fashion sense you'll easily get in, also if you're pretty. Make sure to know your styles and its a major plus if you plan on going into the fashion industry.
