I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2010
Interview
I went into the store to ask for an application and coincidently the hiring manager was there. He had me fill out a general employment form on their kiosk and just told me to show up on the upcoming Friday for an interview. It was a group interview with very simple questions. What is team work? What does diversity mean to you? It did however, seem as if the people who did get the job were given so based off of looks. So looks matter along with being somewhat pleasurable at the interview. I received a call the next day and was scheduled approximately 2 days after.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
