I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (DePointford, NJ) in Dec 2009
Interview
The District Manager interviewed me on the couches outside of the store. Our interview lasted for 3 hours, but it didn't seem like it. He asked a lot of questions about past work experience and how I resolved issues in work and in school. It was an awesome interview and a few days later he called to offer me the job! I accepted :-)
