Very casual. Make sure you dress in AF clothes as a manager would. I literally had FOUR interviews. Despite the managers loving me, the district manager was a different story.

Initial communication was from recruiter by phone, and continued contact through e-mail. The recruiter I interviewed with was very professional and organized- prepared me well for how to dress for the interview beforehand. Interview was very informative- She asked me a lot about myself, and several standardized questions- some questions were kind of difficult, and she asked a lot of follow up questions, it was definitely challenging. Everyone that I met, including the recruiter, was so nice and friendly. I left feeling really excited about the opportunities A&F had to offer! Unfortunately i received a declining email a week later. She did say that there were a very limited number of positions open, and she had a lot of interviews. But overall i was impressed with the company.
