What a joke! I went in there, filled out an application, and briefly talked to someone about whether I'd worked in retail before. I think they asked if I had reliable transportation. As everyone knows, if you look right, not much else matters.

Overall very standard interview. Didn't require past work history so asked questions about past experience/involvement with school activities. Asked mainly about past experience and what you would do in certain furture scenarios where you would be in a difficult situation. Whether that would be with customers and/or staff members.

very casual, just a quick sit down with one interviewer and one other candidate. asked simple behavioral questions and about brief resume topics asking for how previous experience would lead to excellence in this role.
