Be sure to prepare your resume before hand so you can have enough time in filling in (the system automatically logs you out after 45 minutes and you’ll have to re-log in and retype everything!). No punctuation is required for your address or else you will be really frustrated as it is the first page of log in! You will be entering your suggested date of interview at the end of the application. I got the call the afternoon before the date of interview. The telephone operator spoke quickly so be sure to take notes and confirm the address of interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. In my session, there were about 10 candidates including me. Be sure to arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The questions included self-introduction and 4 questions. My perception is that the manager wants to hear fun facts and humorous experience of candidates, so one does not need to quote from his/her work experience but instead, daily life encounters intrigue the interviewer more. It seems a fun-loving, easygoing personality is preferred. As the entire interview process is conducted in English, be sure to understand what the interviewer asks and give a precise, 3-4 sentence concise answer. My perception towards the company is that the members should be having fun at work, while delivering their performance accurately and on time. They should also be energetic, possibly enjoy sports and group activities. The office is simply designed with American pop music playing. Probably looking for people who are young (at heart!), fit, healthy, loves the nature and the beach.

The interview was really direct and detailed with past experience.The managers were friendly and professional.And also it was in a group settings.It has a great environment feel and the managers and supervisors are very welcoming.I had a great experience with the interview.
