I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2014
Interview
I was shopping at a different store in the mall when I was recruited by a manager who invited me to come in for an interview. I applied as they suggested and in a few days they gave me a call to schedule me for a group interview.
There was about 15 of us for the interview. We originally waited at a seating area in the store, then were taken to 'employee only' hallway area of the mall that connects different stores together. Management was very nice and inclusive. It was my first and only time being in a group interview and being joined together by other candidates made the interview process more casual.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
