There were a total of 4 rounds, and the final interview is on site for 2 days. There is a group case study, panel Q&A, virtual interview, and 3-4 in person interviews.

They usually have a pre-interview party where all you do is eat free food and schmooze. They'll be dressed in Abercrombie clothing, therefore will blend in among your college peers. Make sure you initiate a friendly conversation with everybody, because for all you know, that person will be in charge of hiring you. The interview process was standard, the project wasn't too difficult.
The interview process was extremely quick. I approached them at the career fair and was given 24 hours to complete a project in time for 2 interviews and an assessment the next day. A phone interview followed before they flew me out for the final round in Ohio.

Awesome. Loved it. Very interested in your personality. They will take you on a tour of the home office which is incredible, and they will give you some fun pieces of apparel. The interview process is slow and takes a while. You should not worry if months pass between your first interview (digitally) and your in person interview.
