Went in and filled out an application. Set up an interview date and time.
The interviewing manager hired me on the spot and told me to come in the next day.
I advise you to dress very "abercrombie". if you are a guy, wear a plaid button up or any kind of button up and jeans. and if you are a girl, wear all natural make up.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
