I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Milan)
Interview
Usual AF story- I was recruited in the store and I went to an info session. Around 30-40 minutes of telling us all the information what you can already find online (don't even prepare with company info). The store manager was along a few questions like what do you do in your free time, how do you describe yourself in 3 words (you will find all these questions online too).
They say you have to wait at least 1-2 weeks for a call, but they call only if they want you. If they remain silent don't try to call them, they will not give any information.

Question 1
It's not a difficult interview. They have max 3 MIT positions for every 3 months but they are keep interviewing plenty of people week by week. When I was there the guy said two MITs will finish the training by the end of the next month and 3 will start the same day. I'm wondering why they were wasting my time if there was no free position for the next 4 months..
