Asked to complete a product category project prior to meeting. Pick 3 of the 10 brand categories and allocate a percentage of the total units (350,00). Interview was an hour long with two people. One from HR the other from the merchandise planner group. Asked me pretty standard interview questions.

The interview process went well, they were very nice but implied since I wasn’t an intern this would be a difficult job to score. My first interview was a phone call.

I interviewed for the Leadership Development Program. I had 2 full days of interviews. The first day included a panel, a Q&A, and a math problem that had to be turned in later on. The second day consisted of 3 interviews, 2 of them were for the role and the other was more HR questions.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and I felt there was consistent communication throughout the process. I spoke with HR business partners and current planners. The wide range of people helped me decide.
