I was approached in the store and applied online. The interview was easy and the store manager is very friendly. The manager took us to a corner in the mall so we can talk. The interview was about 20 to 30 min. And I got a call for offering the job the next day. Very fast and effective.

Group interview of about 15 people and one manager. It takes place in the now defunct HR room. The questions are read off from a paper and everyone is given a chance to respond. The manager will pick at random who goes first or you can volunteer. Very pretentious enviroment
