Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Sep 2009
Interview
You have to be friendly and open to all the other people going for the interview, and talk to them while the manager shows up. The manager takes about 30mins to 45mins to show up, late, of course, to the interview, and then asks five questions. They judge you on what you wear, and since the colours at A&F never change, they are always navy blue, white and grey. Never EVER wear black to A&F, you will NOT get the job.

Question 1
What is diversity? Why is it important?
What seperates A&F from other companies in the mall?
What will you bring to A&F?
Tell me about a time when you had to work quickly and make no mistakes.

Interview
I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.
