Interview
I applied online and a manager called me back about a week later to set up an interview. We went right outside the store and sat on a bench 6ft apart because of social distancing. It made it hard to hear and communicate but it worked out pretty well. She started by telling me about herself and then I told her about myself. I definitely got the vibe that they cared a lot about looks but disguised it as caring about style.
They care a little less about your overall competence and a little more about how much pizazz/charm you bring to your questions. If you are bubbly, show a desire to learn on the job, indicate that you don't mind a slow day of just folding clothes, and are excited to represent the image- then you'll do pretty well.

Interview
They are a good work force but have low morals and are shallow. They hire based on looks and work skill. They without a doubt ask questions pertaining to your life and sports and being multicultural. I had fun when I worked there it was a little pricey to buy uniforms but I loved what options I had.

I think most people would find what does it mean to you to be multicultural. I am okay with it because I am part of a mixed race family. But leave your mind open to all the possibilities that multicultural continence careers can hold.
