I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Houston, TX) in Mar 2010
Interview
I was approached on campus about working for the company. They gave me a card that had the website info and password on it. They called to make sure I applied and then I set up my interview date. They have interviews every Tuesday and Friday. I went in and they interviewed me first. The questions were very simple and not hard at all. I dressed casual, jeans, flip flops, and a graphic tee from the store.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult questions would be what is diversity. They also asked questions like what three words would describe their store.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
