In depth process that requires flying to Columbus, Ohio and interviewing with at least 3 people, on top of the 2 interviews prior to flying to Ohio. First 2 interviews were to get to know each other and learn more about the program / explain why you are qualified. The 3 in person interviews are a lot more difficult.

The interview process was honestly so intense. It was around 4 rounds, first 2 rounds were behavioral, third round was a two-day panel/interview that I had to miss all my college classes for (before this round you also had to turn in a creative project that they gave you instructions on) and the last round was a visit to Ohio where they fly you out to see the headquarters. They let you know around two weeks after that if you got it.

two part interview for round 1 - 30 minute behavioral with HR, then a 30 minute interview with your department which I did not expect to be as detailed and thorough as it was. much more technical and industry specific than I expected for a first round interview
Robust interview process inclusive of video interviews, individual projects, and an in-person component. The final round interview took place at the home office across two days. There were group and 1-on-1 interviews with a variety of associates within the organization.
