I was contacted through social media and asked to come in for an interview. The interview was very casual. It was a group interview. They asked for examples of how you reacted in a bunch of basic situations: when something went wrong and you had to fix it, how you worked to get something you wanted, ect. They asked everyone what they thought diversity meant and why it was important in the work place. I was pretty confident afterwards that I had gotten the job, but alas I was never called.

The manager approaches you to see if you are interested in working for the company. You apply on a store computer and set up an interview time. You interview with a small group.

Interview
The interview was very casual, it's more about getting to know you and what you know. Share a lot of things that you've done in the past that will benefit the customer service and their satisfaction. They do try to do a group interview which may help you to not feel too nervous, however, it doesn't always turn out the same and I was the only one being interviewed. Just be very respectful and poised, answer professionally but also seem very friendly and approachable. I was lucky enough to be interviewed with someone who made me feel like we were just having a normal conversation.

Group interview. Mangers like when you show up to the interview wearing either the actual brand or something similar to it. Interview is more on looks rather than the content of a person.
