Interview
There are 2 round for interview. First is store manager and second one is with district manager. Took 40 minutes in each interview. Not strict and interactive interview. They gave some questions for my experience. Also, the questions are based on leadership and genuine attitude to attend the interview.

Interview
Passed the HireVue, went in person and had an interview with 2 store managers, and then finally had another one with the district manager & store manager. Each interview asked similar questions and was fairly easy. The district manager had trust issues and did not want to hire someone with a college degree because they might leave once offered something better.

The first step was one of those automated ones where you record your answers to prompts. There was no human being talking to you which is fine it is just something that is difficult to get used to.

The interviewer was very nice and asked some follow up questions. She said they were going to message me in less than a week but I haven’t heard anything from them yet
