I applied in-person. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Wellington, FL) in Jan 2011
Interview
you choose the dat to come in and arrive like 10 min before just in case. They asked me questions like what would my definition of diversity be, what do I think about the company etc. They are done in group interviews but luckily I was the only one who showed up that day for mine! I was hired on the spot and have been working there 3.5 years now. Love the people I work with. They want to make sure you are an outgoing individual with a great personality.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
