I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
One group interview. The questions were very basic. Each participant took turns answering the questions. It was a bit weird because the interview was just in the middle of the store while standing in a circle. The shoppers were watching and It was kinda nerve-wracking. Overall, the questions themselves were pretty easy. One group interview. The questions were very basic. Each participant took turns answering the questions. One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
