The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Birmingham, AL) in Feb 2010
Interview
I went to a career fair for school and the recruiter came up to me and asked if I was interested in the company. They talked to me for a few minutes and asked if I was interested in having an interview with them the next day. At that interview, they asked situational questions. It took 4-5 weeks to finally hear back from the recruiter but I got a 2nd interview with the DM.

Super nice, it was more conversational than anything. My interviewer was very attentive and super clear on what they wanted to ask. Make sure to come prepared to talk about your personal journey.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I interviewed with the store manager and it went well. Then I interviewed with the district manager and she said she would send a email to confirm a back ground check that would look like an acceptance letter. She also said I would get an email about if I got the position or not. I got nothing. I even called the store manger to ask about and she assured me that she would call the DM and I heard nothing back still. I really hate when jobs ghost. We’re not dating, if you don’t want me for the position just say that, it’s simple.

Interview
Interview took 2 separate interviews. One with Store Manager the other with the district manager. The interviews were brief and to the point. They care about personality, character and overall presentation. Don’t be afraid to speak up and speak your mind, they appreciate boldness.
