I recruited through my school. They gave me a recorded interview and a written assessment. Then you get a phone interview and then a virtual conference which was a group interview. It took 2 days, but the overall process took about 2 months. The interview had some case elements but nothing that you need to study for. It's easy math but they want to see how you collaborate. You also get a mentor that guides you through the process.
