I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Applied in November, got an email to schedule a phone interview in January. The interviewer was from HR and was very prepared and asked great questions. I felt comfortable in the interview. Got invited to interview next with a BA team lead. Had to take a wonderlic test 24 hours before the interview.
The interview with the BA team lead was laid back and felt like a conversation vs. a formal interview. It lasted roughly 45 mins. He was also very prepared. Overall was a positive experience.
First step was a video interview, very simple 3 questions trying to find out more about you. You had to complete this interview within just a couple days of receiving the email. Gives you time to think of an answer before starting the video.
