I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online and chose an interview date. I came in on that day and regretted applying there as soon as I walked in. The music was so loud that the manager couldn't eve hear me tell him my name and I had to repeat it THREE times. The scent they spray in the store also gave me a headache while waiting 15 minutes to be interviewed. We went outside and I was asked a total of three simple questions about who I was, what diversity is etc. The manage then went over the look policy which is absolutely ridiculous. They don't encourage individuality whatsoever. They want all of their associates to dress, wear their makeup, and style their hair a certain way. Abercrombie & Fitch should be happy that anyone still wants to work there!! While I was there a total of two customers came in. This store is doing really bad these days. I was told I'd get a call within a week if they chose to hire me. If they do call I will be declining the job offer.

Question 1
What is diversity and how do you apply it to your life?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
