Interview
Brought into the store and sat in a group of 5 to other candidates. Store manager asked about several questions about availability, social skills, and leadership experience, etc. You are not called to answer one on one so you're actively competing with other candidates. Be sure to dress in abercrombie attire preferably in navy.

What is an example of when you had to demonstrate leadership?
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.

Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
