2 Step Process: First Interview is with the Store Manager, then if you pass, the second and final interview is with the District Manager. Both have set questions in front of them, ranging from questions about resolving conflicts, demonstrating leadership, selling merchandise, etc. Both Managers are looking to hear answers involving past experiences, drawing back from both professional and personal examples.
