Went through two rounds of interviews, first was an AI interview and second was with a recruiter. The recruiter was nice and very upfront and honest about the salary and job expectations. Then there was a retouching assessment that was a test to see my skill level. I didn't make it to the third rounds of interviews.

The interview process dragged on for over a month. My initial interview with the recruiter was great. She was friendly, laid back, and informative. I was given a rather lengthy retouching test the following week. I didn’t hear anything back until 4 weeks later, informing me I made it to the next round. By this time the job had already been reposted 5 more times, and I’d already moved on. When they did reach out, it was to inform me that I’d made it to yet another step in the interview process, and were requesting a 2 hour interview with the team. I happily passed on this, I wasted enough of my time already. This showed how inconsiderate they are towards applicants, and their time, all while they ghost them and continue the search. I dodged a bullet with this company, if it’s this bad during the interview process, I can only imagine how bad it’d be once you got in there.
