1 30-minute interview with HR and 1 30-minute interview with a Financial Analyst back-to-back. It took them 3 months to get back to me after I interviewed. They could have been more timely with the process instead of stringing it out.
It was a two day interview process. All candidates were required to stay overnight at the Hilton Downtown even if you were from Columbus. The first day was mostly a tour of Columbus and the Home Office that is located in New Albany. We then went to dinner at Lindey's in German Village.

First, I get to take to the recruiter on the career fair
Then, I received an invitation for an online assessment. Comparing to other OA, it's less like a game but more like a test. You have a bit more than 10 minutes to finish dozens of questions, at least I didn't finish all of them.
Next, you have interviews. One with HR, one with a professional.
Finally, the super day. It was a 2-day experience in which they will go through different functions and cultures. You have a case on the first day and 4 interviews on the second day. 2 professionals, 1 HR, 1 virtual.
