Interview
Once the application has been screened. A link to website is sent and you have complete a video inteview which is then sent to A&F. If you are successful this stages is followed by an invitation to headquarters. Group Panel takes place and then there is a final briefing.

Interview
I Started the application process in late March and received a home office visit and offer in July (it was faster for some other applicants because I looked at multiple departments before I settled on Brand Senses):
- Two Skype interviews
- Home Office visit
- Day 1: Tours, panels, Wonderlic Test, dinner
- Day 2: 4 interviews, Raven Test, Visual Coordination Assessment (create a sample floorset), Recorded video (answer 3 questions about yourself/fit for the company).
