I filled out an application after speaking with a representative at my schools career fair. Then I answered 4 questions on a video interview. Was told I would hear back in a couple weeks and never heard anything

what is your name, school, and major? what internship program are you interested in? what is your greatest accomplishment?
Multiple rounds with different employees in the company. get to ask lots of questions and learn about the company in the process. Ends with a visit and final interview at the home office in Columbus.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch
Interview
The interview was online and the first round consisted of a few recorded questions. Questions were very basic and only related to soft skills. There was no opportunity to explain what hard skills you obtain and how you would benefit the company.
