I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Oct 2009
Interview
I was scouted outside an A&F store and given a web address to apply for the position. After completing an online application, I was contacted a few weeks later for an in-person group interview with maybe 10 people total and 2 managers interviewing us. Most of the questions are about how you work on a team. They contacted me a week or so later to ask if I'd accept the position.
