After the first interview (which was good and they looked really interested) they literally ghosted me and didn't reply to my email asking for news on my application. Furthermore, I could't access anymore to the application platform (smart recruiters) to check my application status. I assume that they just cancel my information without even telling me.
The first step was one of those automated ones where you record your answers to prompts. There was no human being talking to you which is fine it is just something that is difficult to get used to.

Applied online and received an email about a week and a half later saying they wanted to schedule an interview, I responded and did not hear anything back so I called the store. I was told to wait another week since “interviews were sent on mondays”. I went into the store and met the manager the next week and she said she would send me the interview link. Never did. Pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. Charleston location.
