2 steps: 30 minute phone screen with the company recruiter, then, in-person interview. Interviewed with three different individuals, for 30 mins each. Analyst, Senior Analyst and Director. Mainly behavior questions, including how I would react to different situations.

The interview process composed of three different virtual interviews where they got to know the candidate and then learned about their interests and skills. It also composed of a small test to see if the candidate had retail background
