I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Toledo, OH) in Mar 2013
Interview
I was recruited in-store. Setup an interview time over the phone. Was done in a group of 3 total including myself. It was very casual. I was taken to the food court and had general behavior questions. Diversity was emphasized and wanted me to explain why it was important for the work place.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
