I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Acceleration Partners (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process is extremely long and thorough. There are multiple steps, homework assignments and presentations that allow for both parties (interviewer and interviewee) to fully understand what the other has to offer and their expectations. I felt that I was able to get a good feel for the company culture and the people. I went through most of the process within a few weeks. AP felt that I was not the best fit for the position they had open at the time. They said they would keep my resume on file and asked if they could reach out again in the near future if something that was a better fit became available. True to their word, they did. I was only a few short steps away from the end of the process the first time, we picked up right were we left off. Things moved quickly from there.
This was a fairly involved interview process. Started with a call with HR, then moved on to some take-home exercises, then another call with the prospective supervisor, then a presentation stage, and a final interview with the department head.

Question 1
What was a difficult client situation that you successfully navigated?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acceleration Partners (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was great as I got to learn a bit more about the company in the initial phone interview. Then the video interview with an Account Manager allowed further insight into the role. Finally, the presentation round allowed me to ask pertinent questions from AP's point of view.
