Interview
A lot of rounds of interviews (~5ish) for an entry-level role that does not require experience in the field. "Homework" assignments (Excel, wordsmithing, etc.) to prove your ability to do the job was required when I was interviewing, including doing a presentation one round. Overall it took ~3-4 weeks from start to finish.
