Acceleration Partners Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing interview questions

The interview process was very in-depth as AP takes great care in finding candidates that are a strong cultural fit. The interview process kicked off with a 45-minute phone call with a member of AP's talent team, followed by a homework assignment consisting of 3 exercises relevant to the role. The third step was a video interview with an Account Director and Account Manager. I was then given a few days to put together a presentation based on a mock client case study. I presented to the hiring team over a video call. Lastly, I met with a member of the leadership team in person for an informal coffee meeting. I was impressed with everyone I interacted with and felt that the interview process was rigorous yet straightforward. It was challenging, but not once did any part of the process seem unnecessary or superfluous.

The entire interview process took about 8 weeks. Had to go through 5 stages including a video presentation. Though it was a very long process but I loved how AP put in so much effort into hiring the right candidate. I was constantly being updated on my progress which was super amazing. They asked very situational and behavioural that will catch you off guard so be prepared and just answer calmly.
