The interview process was lengthy, but fair. I had a phone interview with HR, then was given a short homework assignment. The homework assignment had 3 questions that were all account/client related as if you were answering questions the client had. I also had to do an insights writeup.
After that I had a video interview with two of the hiring manager and HR. Typical interview questions along the way. They seemed very focused on how excited I was to join the team. After that I was given a case study assignment. I had to create a powerpoint presentation as if I was the agency and they were the client based on a writeup they gave me for a potential pitch. The next interview was a role play where I presented the deck and they were the client and I was the agency.
Next part, I met with someone local for coffee. HR said this was more of a formality and for me to meet someone on the team in person and ask any additional questions I had. I thought this was going to be very casual, and it was somewhat informal, but was more of an in-person interview than they made it seem.
After all of that I got an offer.
