My interview process was drawn out and at times felt unnecessarily bureaucratic. Multiple interview rounds covered very similar ground, which suggested that interviewers were not aligned or had not reviewed earlier discussions.
Communication was minimal between stages, and updates often required following up with the recruiter. Scheduling changes and delays made the process feel disorganized, and there was little transparency about where things stood.
Given the amount of time candidates are expected to invest in preparing and interviewing, a more coordinated and respectful process would make a big difference.
Processo abbastanza normale, un primo contatto telefonico seguito da un colloquio con il manager, dopo un paio di settimane senza risposta è stato necessario un follow up per sapere se avessi passato o meno lo step, successivamente c'è stato lo step finale con il partner

Interview
I passed the online test and was got called for an interview with a manager. He said he did not read my CV beforehand, and he thought my profile align with another team better. He gave me a case anyway, and told me to continue interview with another team. I felt it was a red flag that their recruiter sent my CV to a team who found my experience less relevant, and I had to do a first round of interview for no reasons, so I declined the second interview.
Easy with description of existing process. case study was difficult; however, we could be done with a bit of practice. Salary negotiations are important. AI related stuff asked, be comfortable with that.
