They were uncoordinated; I ended up being there for almost 3-hours and was initially scheduled for a 1-hour interview. Both interviewers were supposed to be on-site and interview me concurrently, but one was off-site and was was clearly busy. Interview started 30 minutes late due to the listed reasons. Ended up having to do two back to back individual interviews instead. First interview was one full hour (followed by a second 35 minute virtual, but in-office interview) and the first guy seemed to not like me and saw my initiative as concern rather than innovation (e.g. I changed a procedure for the better, and his immediate response was: yeah, you wouldn't be able to do that at Accenture without approval). This was followed by a question about what I'd be interested in learning more about and was again immediately rebutted with: you wouldn't be able to learn that here. According to the first interviewer, the JD did not match the role responsibilities well. it was just so annoying all around
