Honestly, the experience felt a bit unusual. The interviewer didn’t come across as very experienced, which may be due to having relatively limited time at the company. The interview was scheduled for an hour but ended after about 30 minutes, which made it feel somewhat rushed. It also seemed like there may have been a decision made early on, as the conversation didn’t feel very engaging or exploratory. I think having an additional interviewer present could have made the process more balanced and comprehensive.

Honestly, there wasn’t really one question that stood out. Most of them didn’t feel that relevant or clear. The only part that made sense to me was the case study, since it actually let me show how I think and approach problems.

Me contactó una reclutadora, dos semanas después me entrevistó….como dos semana después me entrevistaron dos gerentes de la India…dos meses después del primer contacto no he recibido retroalimentación…en workday aparece que ya me entrevistaron y la vacante activa…la reclutadora no me contesta…

c'è una prima call conoscitiva al telefono, si parla un po' di accenture in generale e poi c'è una spiegazione breve del ruolo, molto gentile e informale, poi si passa al colloquio coi manager.
