I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture (Kuala Lumpur) in May 2023
Interview
I joined in 2023, and the interview process wasn’t too difficult. I received an offer a few days later and had a great experience overall. I was fortunate to work with wonderful team leads, they were very supportive and considerate, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
Unfortunately, decisions from higher management negatively impacted the team and the overall work environment. I eventually left due to a lack of career growth opportunities. Although I spent two good years there and even received an internal offer to join a new team, I wasn’t allowed to transfer due to business needs.
I chose to move on to pursue my own career goals. Even in my current company, I haven’t come across team leads as great as the ones I worked with there. Most of them have since left, so I believe the experience wouldn’t be the same anymore.

Interview
You will go through rounds of interviews, but they will never let you know who you will be working for. Even after you aced the interview, the recruiter still keeps it a secret. Until the day you arrive at the office, only then will you know the client is one of the biggest companies in the world. The company also conducted extensive background checks, too much, I would say.
