      i have faced technical round and personal interview through telephonic round only. personal round is very easy to attend. the important thing to get job is.. should have good knowledge on your skills and way of explaining about those.

      They ask you to pick 3 dates in which you are flexible for giving interview, 1st round happens on one of the selected dates. Interviewer was very polite and asking simple questions. then 2nd round was also simple then HR round and salary discussion.
